After practicing for several years as partners at litigation/securities boutiques located in Dallas, Texas, my husband, Randy, and I started The Foret Law Firm in 2009 in Dallas, Texas with a specific mission: to guide small companies and individuals with complex problems through the increasingly confusing regulatory and judicial systems. Both Randy and I graduated from Temple University School of Law with the intent to utilize the trial techniques we obtained through Temple’s award-winning trial and clinical programs. After 40 combined years of utilizing these techniques in trial-oriented practices with other firms and as in-house counsel for a major insurance carrier, both Randy and I understand that the legal requirements of small companies and individuals differ from that of larger companies with in-house legal departments and unlimited legal budgets.
